Excellent Service
This factory treats the customer like he is a milking cow! Their price has increased, and their quality went down. That's the short version of the story.
The long version is: I placed an order with them in 2016 and repeated the order in 2017. That second time, they quote me a price that is 50% more than for the previous year! After 3 rounds of negotiations, they decreased the quote price by 35%, so I still ended up paying more than I paid in 2016 for no apparent reason. I ordered 1000 units of carton boxes, production resulted in about 100 extra units, which is normal for this industry. At another factory, the same happened and they gave me the extra units for free. At this factory, they tried to make me pay for the 100 extra units! I firmly refused, so they opened my order package and rudely took out 100 pieces! They clearly have no use for them, since they are custom made to my requirements, and no other customer will buy them! They will most probably destroy them, but they prefer to do this than let me have them for free!
Such a disrespectful behavior towards the customer. And the overall quality of the carton has clearly decreased, since it breaks more easily.
UPDATE: in response to the owner's reply, point #3 is clear...
As for the price, if the price of raw material increases by 50%, this doesn't mean cost of production should go up 50%...
