Great tasting gelato at a great price, and you get a lot for the price. Okay service, some staff didn’t speak English and I hope they add some place to stand/sit and have your ice cream outside ☺️
There are purchase trap: When we bought gelato, we did not tell the price, nor did we explain when we expressed doubts. The total amount of two gelatos was 20 euros, which made the experience worse.
We just sat in the outdoor seating area in the piazza for some beers and coffee. It was nice break and they have fans and water mist to keep you cool. The service was good and they brought multiple free/included snacks. It did work out fairly pricey though - for two beers and a coffee was 30 euros.
We had breakfast here every morning for a week, and I still dream about the pistachio croissants! They treated us like family and remembered my coffee order. All of this right on the Piazza della Signoria. Friendly, delicious, and great service.
We had an amazing lunch here, waiter was great and very friendly, food paid a premium as is in the piazza but expect nothing less, had the Nonno and Nonna cake. Yum yum
Really do not understand the reviews for this establishment! We had such a lovely experience here, we came first for the gelato then again for a traditional Italian experience of espressos at the bar. Very enjoyable and the pastries were super fresh.
The poor reviews were not at all consistent with our experience. Brilliant spot right in the main square with a lovely view. Pasta was yummy, service was friendly. Pricing was pretty reasonable considering the location. Not sure what else you can ask for?!
