Great service love my new heaven people
Very unprofessional taxi company. Always late, full of excuses, and wants you to accommodate them instead of trying to accommodate you. My elderly Mom has had so much problems with them and we're going to change to another company. Use with caution. 👎

Great service and honest drivers. Left Bluetooth speaker inside and I'm mediately was able to call and recover lost item.
Most of the drivers awesome nice clean cars but there dispatchers need to learn the logistics of Long Island and certain parts of Staten Island
They are ok. Some the dispatchers have an attitude but must of the drivers are very nice. Too bad they are not always as fast as you would like them to be. The waiting time I mean
