Instant favorite! Berlin is a fantastic place for foodies but so far I was missing a truly nice sushi experience without falling into luxury sushi. Sushi gang is very personal, tiny and unique with super combinations and great taste and a style. Will come back soon!
God! One of the best sushi places I've ever been! Every bite is like a little piece of heaven really! If you like raw meat make sure to ask for that roll, it's just amazing!
The food is really tasty, everything we tried was incredible - from starters to sushi rolls in sets, YUM!
Another highlight is the cocktail menu. Well balanced non-typical cocktails, beautifully served and delicious.
Service was also great, food was served in time, waiters are friendly and check on guests regularly. Big big plus here.
Alongside we also had not so pleasant moments.
We had our table reserved, but by the time we were supposed to sit at it, it was still taken by other guests so we had to wait extra 10 mins and finally decided to nudge a waiter to sort out the situation. Since it was not nice for both us and other group of people, this could have been simply resolved by telling guests how much time they have and when is the next reservation at the table.
Other one, as it was mentioned here, is cash only policy. Which was fine, and well, kinda acceptable, but, damn, we weren’t given a receipt AT ANY TIME. Like not even handwritten. A person just told us how much money, we paid and that’s it. This payment process creates so much SHADINESS about this business. Definitely something I don’t expect from a place with such prices.

Wow! This sushi spot was perfect 🥰 We ordered the Rolling with the Homies sushi set and each roll was super delicious and mouth watering. The service was on point. The staff even let us sample the wines to see which one we like before ordering which was so nice. The whole staff was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The whole atmosphere was amazing 👏 😍 Lastly, it is a cash only place but it was nice that the staff let us know right away.

This is a little gem . The sushi’s are very good but the starters are the best ever. Try the beef tartare on crispy rice or the 3 tacos , it’s just beyond great. The miso is also excellent… the service is impeccable. You have to reserve as the place Is very small . Cannot wait to come back

Apart from the cool vibes, interior and colorful cutleries, I just loved how super creative they have been with the food. Just at the first look, we were impressed by the presentation. They have an open kitchen and you can peek and see how the chefs roll sushi.
For the starter we took Tres Tacos with hand pulled Beef. And for the main we had a sushi platter with three different types of sushi. Highly recommend “Fry Me A River” with shrimp tempura and unagi sauce in it. It was like a bomb bursting with all the flavours!
The bill came around 45 Euro which is not cheap but not that expensive too. Service was nice, they speak English. But the only downside is they do not accept card payments, so make sure to carry cash! 💰
