Car care clinic Melrose

I went to this branch and spent over R19k, just for me to replace everything I had taken it in for again 10000kms later.
They had put old shocks on my car, which I had to replace again, 7 months later. I wouldn’t waste my time taking my care to this Car Care clinic.

Really unhappy with the service they have provided. My car has major issues after going in for a major service with them.

Worst service,liars and swindlers. Overpriced, customer service is terrible.my quote had unnecessary items in it like "major service" and strip and quote even though it had come from service a few days back. Had to move my car somewhere else and paid for the useless inspection. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.they definitely need to close down

If I could give Zero stars I would. The service is absolutely pathetic. Took my car for a general service about three weeks ago and now it has problems that weren't there when taken in initially. I was able to drive it for a week then it started giving problems. Didnt start, losing power when driving. It's constantly back and forth to their workshop. After the mess up, they sent an sms that the car was done after it being there a week and its still not running smoothly. Timing is off and car keeps losing power.
Don't take your vehicle here if you value it because they'll definitely do more damages than repairs while inconveniencing your life and your pocket. Their mechanics need training or something. I'm very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

In June 2023 I took my car in for 'major' service. Everyone seems so friendly and helpful, I had to do Brake pads - skimmed, new spark plugs, oil flush and oil change.
5 months later car has power issues. I took it elsewhere for a diagnosis and turns out the brakes had issues - need to be skimmed again AND the spark plugs that were installed are already damaged, I was told the make/brand that was used is cheap and unreliable.
Don't get swindled by these people.

They were so helpful when we came in for them to check our car since we hit a pothole coming into JHB that burst a tire and damaged another tire. They did a check and then did a major check and fix… we really thank them for their help in making our journey back home possible. We are definitely going back to them 🤗

I'm not impressed with the quality of work that was done on my car. After taking it to the Car care clinic my car is worse than it was before I took it there. They quoted on things that were never broken and claimed to fix them. To top it of, the manager never knew what he was talking about when it came to the actual repairing of my car.I advise people to choose a different place to fix their vehicle. If I could give a zero I would. Stay away if you love your car.
