Jordana was incredibly helpful, honest, and knowledgeable about New York for an outside investor. She went beyond other real estate agents in the area. We really appreciated her help.

I totally agree with the other critical reviews. In order to lure me, Jordana showed me expired listings saying to me that they are valid and on the market. I wasted a few days before I figured out that she was lying to me. I found out later that many of the deals her site claims that she closed, had nothing to do with her or her company. What can I say, if you are looking for an apartment in Manhattan, go somewhere else.

MY REPLY: Despite their denials, I did use Jordan, whom I believe is the co-owner of Blooming Sky, to look for studio apartments in the city. It’s a shame that this incompetent agent is giving a bad name to the real estate industry in Manhattan. The only fake here is Jordana from Blooming Sky that claims to close deals that she or her company had nothing to do with.

Pure waste of time dealing with Jordana.

UPDATE:
Contrary to Jordan's lies about not having known me, I would say that the only FAKE in this review is Jordana. This incompetent realestate agent pretends to care about her clients but only cares about her commission.

Thank goodness I don't have to deal with her and waste my time anymore.
