Wrong order was made, called the store was told by the manager they would remake the order and provide a refund for my purchase, since I had to turn back, so I drove all the way back to be told no refund by Melissa some other “manager” Where’s the customer service Melissa? Maybe go back to training and understand you have a job because of the customer, not your personality.
Yeah!! The dill pickles are back. I have missed having one tucked away in the wrapping paper. Perfect compliment with my tuna salad sandwich on tomato basil bread.
Food was great. Staff was friendly. Dining room was dirty. Staff doing the cleaning of the dining room could not possibly have moved any slower. It would've helped if she'd have put down her phone and focused on the work.
Monica at Panera today was amazing. Went over after work, ordered the better part of the bakery and she was nice, friendly and patient. Happily recommend this place and this employee for future visits. Food was great as always.
Quite possibly the best Panera I have ever visited, even out of state, although I'm not sure if it was because I was there while they were being audited that morning. It appeared to be, by Regional officials. However, the seats, tables and all spaces were clean! Staff was friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them throughout my 2 hour working visit.
Bathrooms were spotless. A+.
Plenty of parking. My only issue was that my order, Egg white, Avocado, Garden sandwich indicated 7.99 on the menu and my receipt stated 8.29. Not a huge deal but if other items have increased in prices, change the posters so customers have a true reflection of what they are purchasing. It adds up if it's a family purchasing! No other issues.

Looking for something that didn’t have a national chain feel and ended up at Pandera. The smoothies were good! Nice to sit on the patio in the sun and hear the kids scream on the Sea World rollercoaster.
Had some lunch with the family here, 5 people. Food was served fairly quick, soup wasn't too hot but was still delicious. The pick 2 is the better deal to go with here.
