Love the experience from level 1 to 5.

However, they didn't accept my school ID saying it was invalid, it was an ID from last school year (2022-2023). I wasn't enrolled yet since it was summer when we visited—I'm still a student technically but had to pay for regular ticket.

Beautiful place. Lots of nice art pieces to lose yourself in. Wasn’t too crowded when i went at around 2pm. Made for a pleasing experience. Probably no need to buy the tickets beforehand. There wasn’t any queue.

Not outside food and drinks allowed. You’ll have to either throw or leave them at entrance.

Really worth the time and money to get here. I walked for over 1 hours under 12 A.M sun but to admire such varieties of arts and historic treasures was so worth-it.

There are 5 floors in which there are arts in every corners. I mean it. Please don't miss a spot of this museum, there are things that will surprise you. There are arts at the entrance of the WC, there are some at the end of a dark corner, there are some at the bottom display...

There is a picture which I attached, some one put a condom in the dog's statue mouth, funny and I don't know if it's the artist's intention LOL

The arts were amazing, we went there during the weekday around 10 AM , so it wasn't that crowded, worth visiting
If you're a student studying in Thailand
BRING YOUR STUDENT ID CARD, they have discount for students (I'm not so sure about other countries' student cards)
And enjoy the photo worthy inspo from my photos :))

I liked it very much, I enjoyed it and the building is a nice piece of architecture, it is a little far away but I think it’s worth it. Beware of traffic, go early and leave before they close. The restaurant caffe shop inside was good as well and I think prices are reasonable.

I just had a blast at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Bangkok.

First off, this place is massive. I mean, seriously, it's like a maze of creativity. You'll wander through floor after floor of artworks.

They've got this crazy mix of paintings, sculptures, and installations. Some stuff left me scratching my head, but that's what makes it so interesting.

The best part? They're not afraid to push boundaries. You'll find stuff here that's quirky, thought-provoking, and sometimes just downright weird. It's like stepping into a whole new universe.

And don't even get me started on the colors! It's like someone threw a rainbow and a paint factory into a blender and went wild.

So, when you're looking to have your mind blown, hit up MOCA in Bangkok. You'll leave with a whole new appreciation for the wild world of contemporary art.

Had a really nice visit here.

The museum consist of 4 floors with different curated artists’ style. They also provide paid and special exhibition if you are interested. The option is available when you bought the ticket in the ticketing desk.

They also accept student card overseas, so my sister got discounted price since she’s a student.

What I like from this museum is how they created a story that flows for its curated collection. They also emphasise each artists’ style by giving them the coloured background.

If you love to be in a temporary museum and enjoying arts, this certainly the right place for you. Although I have to admit that the collection of “contemporary” art is still less compared to TATE London.
