One of the best breakfasts our family has had. The homemade biscuit and gravy was wonderful. The breakfast tacos were amazing as well. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely my go to spot for breakfast when we come to Tucson.

My brother and I wandered into this well rated, local, family owned breakfast spot and were enthusiastically greeted by Konni the owner. The food was great while the warm hospitality from her and the team was even better. As a fellow small business owner, it's comforting to know there are still operators out there that care as much as they do about their guests' experience. And their story is really awesome! We look forward to returning when back in Tucson and wish there were more staples like this to support. Highly recommend!

I left my hotel in search of a good breakfast cafe and saw Raptor Canyon within 4 minutes of my location. I was excited for a sit-down eggs breakfast, but disappointed in a number of ways.
The "3 egg omelet" was tiny. I asked "are you sure this is 3 3ggs," to which they replied "you asked for egg whites," apparently blaming me for the well-known cholesterol avoidance suggestion of avoiding egg yolks. I eat a lot of egg-white omelets, and my observation is that these were very small eggs.
There were no mushrooms or onions available for the omelet, even if I paid for them as extras. There was no side that came with the omelet, but I could order home fries or a buttermilk biscuit for an extra $3-$5. I ordered the biscuit.
There is no fresh fruit available, despite it being abundant at local grocery stores and being an hour from the Mexico border.
You order at the counter and get a number for "table service." OK, fair, keep the staff expense down.
The $11 omelet and $3.50 biscuit were a disappointment. There was little cheese or spinach on the omelet, but a fair portion of sausage. The biscuit was indeed homemade - king of like a small, fat buttermilk pancake fried on the skillet, albeit perhaps a bit over-fried. Nevertheless, very rich and thick.
Atmosphere was actually quite good - tables spaced far apart, and booths available.

This cafe is cozy and has a good home vibe to it. All the staff members were so kind and welcoming.
We initially went here to try their breakfast burritos and quesadillas but after talking with the owner she convinced us to try her made from scratch biscuits and gravy. We got breakfast sandwiches with a side of gravy to dip them it (great move!). I loved that instead of tap water they had cucumber lime infused water for the patrons to drink.
After eating we grabbed a couple baked goods and chatted with the owner some more.
If you like good homemade food and family owned restaurants, definitely check this place out.

A small town cafe in the city. Friendly service with homemade baked goods. Meals are served hot and fresh with breakfast all day. Parking can be a little challenging, but a lot across the street is $6 for three hours.

Everything was very good. The cashier lady was very friendly. She explained that they make their biscuits there and their French fries as well. My breakfast sandwich was really good. But let me tell you the chocolate chip cookies! They are the best! We even bought 4 extra ones to go. I wish I had bought more. Try the cookies!

Woahhhh. Best breakfast tacos there are.
Staff is remarkably friendly and offered good suggestions which I took and was thrilled I did.

Chorizo is really incredible. Their homemade salsa is also not to be missed.

Pretty chill when I went. Food was ready quickly and they have refreshing cucumber lime water, which was a nice touch.

Nothing much by the looks inside but trust it’s SOOO GOOD and better than most any upscale place youll find downtown
