I can’t understand how this place has so good ratings on Google. First of all the food was warmed over and the flavors were awful.. but the most disturbing thing was a cook, (the one with the earrings) he was disrespectful to us. He came 2 - 3 times made and aggressive eye contact and then he slog a chair.. I only put 3 stars to service for the waitress that she tried to be kind and helpful with us.

Best pasta we eat in Italy. There was also a very nice band playing.

The fat waiter with the beard was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. When we asked for the wifi code, he didn't want to give it to us, we asked for a ashtray he didn't want to bring it to us. He was very unkind to other guests as well. The food was excellent but unfortunately not good enough for me to overlook the rudeness. Advice: "Feel free to fire that fat bearded waiter if you want to keep your guests coming back"!

Excellent food and service. Great food design. Very tasty.

Good food in piazza Ferretto. Service is fast and kind, and the food is very good. Also sweets are delicious. We enjoyed a lot the spritz. Everything was worth the price. Toilet (gender neutral) inside.

I went yesterday there. I had my lunch and I asked for the bill. When I asked to pay with card , and only after, I was told that the POS was out of order. I didnt had cash with me and the lady who leads the place threatened me that he would call the police. I accepted and after waiting for 20 minutes I left to fetch money from my hotel. I realized that pedestrian policemen and with vehicle were searching for me. I returned and paid my bill. I was a tourist, with severe health problems. I felt disgusted and humiliated by such a behavior without having made something wrong.
