The food is simply outstanding. It smells and tastes special, it’s everything but generic „Indian“ cuisine. Would love to have a place like this is in Munich. Love the fact that every dish on the menu was labeled “spicy” - wasn’t that spicy though and they made a mild version for our 6 yo son too.

We stayed recently in Venice and Royal Punjab was in our lane down the house.

Our kids were really looking forward to Punjabi food. And they were happy.

Overall good preparation. Service and atmosphere is ok.

We had our dinner and breakfast at this place. Do visit if you are around this place in Venice.

I went here two times with my family while I was on vacation. And the food was some of the best Indian food I had in my life and this review is coming from a Punjabi man. The butter chicken was so juicy and seasoned beautifully! And the chat masala with the vegetable samosa was extraordinarily good. I totally recommend this place if you want authentic homemade Punjab food! (Also the workers were so kind and treated us like we were guests at a house.)

Excellent food. I tried rajma, paneer butter masala, choley bathure and dal makhani with parantha and roti. Each item was perfect. The staff is polite and hospitality is super great.

It was one of the best indian restaurants that we've been to (worlwide). We were there three times - every dish was authentic and full of flavour. We tried chicken jalfresi, chicken madras, chicken tikka masala, chicken tikka butter masala, chicken biryani, butter chicken, garlic/paneer/butter naan, mango lassi. Also you can choose spiciness as normal or medium (more spicy) - we choose medium and it was about 6 out of 10.

Despite its high rating, don't let it fool you. As a South Asian craving Indian food in Italy, I was excited to try this place. We ordered alu paratha, chaat, samosa, bangain bharta and paneer curry. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Chaat was ok. The samosa had bad-smelling potatoes, but the staff rectified it. The alu paratha was decent, but the naan and both curries were oily and blend in taste. Both my friend and I felt sick afterward.
