470 Rue Saint Pierre Parking

I am from the US and drive a Lexus SUV. I should have heeded the warnings on here. My car was parked overnight and this morning I found my passenger front window smashed and a ring of human feces around my car. The parking attendant treated it like a common annoyance, let us know the police wouldn’t come (he was right), told us the security cameras are not theirs and are obstructed, and swept the glass out while advising no one should sit in my passenger seat. Mine was one of four vehicles vandalized, all luxury, all US. Don’t EVER park overnight in an open lot in Downtown or Old Montreal!

This parking lot is a grift. Doesn't matter when you park your parking expires at 5am. Who the hell is up at 5am? The attendee was acting surprised that the parking expires at 5am... I'm pretty sure they do this so they get you to pay for 2 full days. We came in at night and wanted to stay parked until 10am the next day, but we had to pay $22 to park until 5am and they said in the morning we can pay for parking until 10am. It was just another $22 that paid for parking until 5am again. This place is a grift. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely no way you should park here, these guys are scammers and from what I've read on the other reviews I wouldn't doubt that they are in on the car thefts in this parking lot.

I wish I had read the other reviews before we parked in this lot. The lot is supposedly monitored 24/7 by an attendant, but our car, a Lexus RX450h, was stolen from this lot nonetheless between Sunday, September 3 and Monday, September 4.

I just Had my car stolen from this lot on June 16th-17th 2022. It was a Lexus NX30. They have NO cameras and the attendants at the lot were useless and unhelpful. I would not be surprised if the attendants participate in some type of criminal operation to help steal cars here. The Montreal Police Dept. told me that many cars are stolen from this exact lot and the company refuses to install any security cameras. Park at your own risk and use a steering wheel club or go to a secure indoor parking lot! Lexus and Toyota are the top cars that are stolen in Montreal.

We got there at 10pm and paid $20 for the parking to expire at 5am. I had to download the app to pay again at 5am, but again it expires at 5am. Very inconvenient when you're on vacation

Try to avoid this parking all the time!!! We had terrible experience with them, we came 4.15pm (at least he should be there until 5pm)and there wasn't anyone, guy disappeared with our car key, without any information for us, we called their office, ask to find him, because it was super cold (-15)we couldn't wait long, they didn't call us back, we waited, called them back and they sent us to other their parking spot, cause our key was there!!! Terrible service!!!!!
