Summit Capital

This company is a FRAUDULENT. They took $349.00 on 5/15/2023 from our business account without any signed contract, without any conversations with any of our owners. We have absolutely NO IDEA who they are, we’ve never made contact. I called our bank to dispute the charge but they could not because we “took too long” (48 hrs to dispute). I’ve been trying to get in touch with a manager/ supervisor for almost two weeks and we’ve had absolutely, NO LUCK. I would appreciate a response to this review ASAP and we want the $349.00 that you guys took unauthorized/ more like fraudulently (since we never provided any bank info with you guys, nor even signed a contract or even spoke to anyone). We will make sure to take this as far as possible legally, if we do not hear a response and get this resolved and get our funds back.
