Good place for someone looking for a upmarket society !
Nice place. But not that maintained as it's not that clean and kids do not have options to play they play mostly at the parking area. So if some damage causes your vehicle they don't care also.
They take maintanence but you need to pay differently to the plumber carpenter electrician for small small things also.

Clean and posh Society. Beautiful garden and flats. Silent and peaceful flats here.
Garden Flats, Greenery, Good construction. Quality of "Lunkad construction". Peaceful life.
Apart from Security guides. The place is good. Security unnecessary gets into dispute with every visitor here.
It's an ok society to live but you will miss out on elevator and other basic amenities that you might expect in a Lunkad project. Mostly has compact BHKs
Nice ambience but kids here are very noisy 🙁good parking space and amenities
