Enjoyed the Preservation Hall temporary residency here on a Monday night.

We visited this lovely venue when we were in NOLA and saw a burlesque show. The front of the house was friendly and helpful. The bartender was also great in handling beverages.

Usually people are most excited to see the performer inside the venue. Here at Toulouse I was just as excited to see the bouncer outside. Lucifer is the coolest bouncer ever. He makes everyone feel welcome and safe. The venue itself is awesome with great sound and excellent staff right in the French Quarter. I'd highly recommend seeing a show here. Say what's up to Lucifer for me!

The Toulouse Theatre offered a fantastic experience for a concert last night. The venue itself, nestled in the heart of the French Quarter, has a rich history and a certain charm. It's not a massive concert hall, which creates an intimate atmosphere where you feel close to the performers. The sound was clear and balanced, allowing the music to shine. The sightlines weren't bad either, with a good view of the stage from most spots.

This venue was one of the best ones I visited in New Orleans.
A beautiful building.
Has a reception area with bar with steps up to the main room.
The main room has a balcony overlooking the floor.
Staff were great and helpful and all was clean and nice in the restrooms.
It seems they have all sorts of different events on here so probably worth checking whats on before visiting.

Excellent place to hear Jazz. I loved the ambiance! The decoration is great! Drinks $9. Easy to walk around, very central. Walk in and feel at home. Group played in the theater from 6-9 pm

This venue is beautiful and had great sound! It's also really located in a really convenient area. My only issue was that it was really hot inside compared to other venues I've been to but this is probably normal in NOLA. Definitely wear as little as possible and drink lots of water! Also, I didn't wear earplugs and my ears didn't ring at all after.
