A recruiter promised that the client will get back to me regarding the pending contract, and then disappeared. A week later, same recruiter emailed me a solicitation for a completely different deal. After my direct question, the recruiter answered that "he believes the previous client is passing on me".
The ethics that's typical to a low-end staffing service. Don't expect much from them.
