Dough Bakeshop

Today was my first time at this bakery/cafe shop. I was very disturbed by what I received as cappuccino ( watered down instant coffee ). As for the chocolate croissant, it’s a hybrid of metro Italian bread filled with chocolate. It took me 2-3 bites to hit chocolate. As nyc I was hoping for some good place to snack whenever I’m in the hood which reminds me of Williamsburg / Bedford.

I LOVE this bakery! We ordered a birthday cake for my kid’s party and were so blown away by everything! The bakery worked closely with me to make sure they had the right design and we really responsive to my requests. The cake was beautiful and the ontaste/texture delicious! Our guests enjoyed it so much that we had no leftovers to take home. :)

Although I no longer live near this bakery, I always make a point to pop in whenever I’m nearby. Dough has been a favourite of mine for many years now, and consistently deliver great quality food whether it’s savoury dinner options, or their assortment of breads and baked goods. My guilty pleasure is the peanut butter confetti squares, a little piece of nostalgia for me that brings me back to childhood at a school bake sale. They also make a dynamite lemon square and date square to name just a few. Highly recommend :)

I pre-ordered a classic carrot cake for Mother’s Day and was so happy with how it turned out! The delicate and tasteful decoration of the cake added a beautiful touch to an amazing flavour! Thank you Oonagh for your great help!!

The bakeshop is our new local one-stop-shop for baked goods and any sweet tooth cravings. The key lime pie is also crazy good and super sour/tart!

This is by far my favourite bakery ever! They are consistently fabulous, and that is quite the feat . I always order a lemon meringue pie for my father on Father’s Day and his birthday. The first time he tried the pie from dough bakery, he literally started to cry while eating because it reminded him of the pie his mother used to make. Food like music, brings us back to a place in our lives and stirs up memories. To me this is everything! Now let’s talk about the coffee, the breakfast sandwiches, the prepared meals, the bread, the croissants, and mini pies if you’re not committed to a large one. Seasonal treats Which do not disappoint. I go here for everything and I am always happy.

I was wandering around the area and saw a line up at this shop. I popped in and am so glad I did. It's small but they are well organized and efficient. I ordered a peameal sandwich, scone and sourdough bread. The sandwich was delicious!!! I tried saving the scone but after breaking off a piece to try, I couldn't stop. I will definitely return to try more delicious treats.

I'm not sure what I did in a previous life to deserve this family run bakery. Everything they do is simply divine. Walk in and it's a delight for the senses; you can smell the quality, real butter. Bread, pastries that made me swoon, made to order cakes, prepared food items, holiday themed cookies: everything I've purchased has been a ten out of ten. Thank you, Dough! Thank you, lucky stars!

A wonderful, family owned local bakery. Their key lime pie is the best I've had outside of Florida. Their breakfast sandwiches are addictive. The challah buns will elevate your burgers to legendary status. Spectacular place, you can't go wrong. Really nice folks too.
