Taftan Kebob

Very cozy and nice place to have persian food. Food was prepared fast and the portions were good. Also good for large gatherings. It was a nice experience.

I was looking for an Asian restaurant in that area and entered Taftan Kebob to explore. The food is simply awesome, I had chicken leg, it was fantastic. Presentation was authentic and tasteful.
I would recommend a visit for anyone fond of middle eastern food. I need to visit few more times to write comments on specific items. Got to see the Saturday night live music. Thank you.

The food here is great, the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are extremely helpful to new guests. I had Shiva as my server today and she took the time to go through the menu with me and choose my meal. I will not hesitate to return again to this restaurant. Great Food, Great Staff, and Great Service.

Things I liked, things I didn't like:

- The live santoor music added a perfect touch, complementing the Persian-inspired interior design.
- The Doogh was absolutely delightful!
- We opted for the vaziri main dish, and the koobideh kebob was pleasantly lean with a balanced onion flavor that suited my taste.
- The gesture of providing us with a tahdig and ghorme sabzi sample was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

- Despite ordering the sharable platter for $27, both the menu description and the picture were misleading, and the portion size did not justify the price.
- While the chicken kebob was generously seasoned with saffron, it was unfortunately a bit dry.
- overall, the portions were less than expected!

Super amazing Persian food. Large selection of traditional dishes, lots of parking and seating. Good location off the DVP. Fresh food, large portion size, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend

Based on my recent visit, I'd rate Taftan Kebob with 3 stars. While the food wasn't bad, there's room for improvement in both portion size and quality. I found myself wanting more in terms of both taste and quantity. Additionally, the staff's welcoming attitude left something to be desired. Overall, Taftan Kebob has potential, but there are areas where they could step up their game to provide a more satisfying dining experience.

First time visiting here and we enjoyed the food. Service and presentation were good as well. My only recommendation yo the staff is to lower the music since it was too loud and we could not have a normal conversation since the music was too loud.
