Absolutely amazing experience – buying a house can be stressful. There are always a bunch of different unknowns and things you need to figure out during the process. The mortgage, however, doesn't have to be like this. Unlike other big banks with clunky file systems and agents supporting hundreds of other customers (and, many times, taking days to respond), PowerHouse Solutions will give you a customized experience and clarity over each step. They are responsive, treat you with respect and adjust to your current life situation. In my case, I'm an immigrant so there's some added bureaucracy involving Visas and all the idiosyncrasies of the immigrant life, but PowerHouse Solution will guide you through the challenges and detail your options until you get to the finish line. The team went above and beyond and was able to help me finance a loan on top of my other various mortgages and expenses. They were able to quickly get me through the application process, appraisal and locked in the mortgage for closing. The whole process was less than 15 business days from the application submission which is very fast for NYC. Even during these turbulent times when rates at an all-time high, they were able to offer very competitive rates, much better than the market and advised me to lock in at a lower rate when they saw that the mortgage rate was trending upwards. I could not have found a better team especially after working with so many other banks in the past. Other banks that I have worked with would bait and switch, but not Powerhouse solutions, they stand behind their work.
