Waited an hour for the NP to tell me she couldn’t refill my prescription. If someone makes an appt online for a medication refill why would you not ask what the medication is before accepting the appointment if you’re unable to refill all medications?!? Waste of my time.

They advertise that minute cliic is open every day here inside the actual CVS, but no on works at it, I called the pharmacy just now and they said they've been closed since 2022. They have a nice set up and it looks great, but if they don't have it open, they should take down the posters that are on the entrance/exit doors and all the signs around the store saying that the minute clinic is open every day, to stop misleading people.

Arrived 8 minutes late for an appointment and was refused to be seen. Tried to call ahead to warn them but there was no person to speak to.

Another cancellation at 10am for a 4pm appointment. No alternative arrangements offered just a link to the usual booking website. I recommend you avoid this place.

Although it is relatively easy to get an appointment at this location and the staff are quite nice, I have had my appointment here canceled four out of six times. This location is a total bust.

I booked an ear wax cleaning appointment on 3-July-2021 and visited the clinic on 6-July-2021. NP Shanelle was extremely polite, thorough and caring. The clinic's IT systems malfunctioned midway so Shanelle had to call up the Lennox Ave clinic and redirect me there. It's imprudent to expect Minute Clinics to offer ER-level services but for relatively straightforward ailments, this is an incredibly quick option (in comparison, my ENT had an appointment wait time of 2 months!).

I went for a vaccination and the nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and painless. Exam room was spotless, too. Great experience, easy in and easy out.

I walked in experiencing a lot of pain, and paid $139 to have a nurse tell me there was nothing wrong with me. I went to a real doctor the next day who diagnosed me with an ear infection and tonsillitis. I needed antibiotics and steroids for treatment.

Incredibly irresponsible.
