Industrial Bank

For more than ten years I have been going to the Harlem branch in New York City. I stayed at that location as a customer because of greart personal service.

This bank is the worst. I joined for my business account to support a local bank. Terrible mistake. Representatives consistently give you inaccurate, bad information. If you find a good rep, deal w them only. Risk of things getting messed up is too high otherwise. I will be closing my account as soon as I fix the cluster they created

I can’t say enough great things about this bank. As a small business owner, they have been a tremendous help to me. I’m also going to set my daughter up with an account here.

After being in DC for a decade I was happy to find out that Industrial Bank had a Harlem location on the iconic 125th St. I ended up opening a business account and everyone at the location was so friendly and helpful. Grateful for the expansion and hope this review encourages folks to open an account at Industrial Bank!

Seems like whenever I want to check my accounts online a lot of times I can't reach it irregardless when I go on.this needs to improve

I opened an account and waited for almost two weeks for a Debit Card to be mailed. I had to go back to the bank a request they issue me a card on the spot. And, the wait time was forever each time and it was absolutely no other customers in the bank. And, to this day I still have not recieved any statements from the bank in the mail. I am not sure I made a wise choice by patronizing this bank.

I called in expecting to find an option to hear what banking Hours were, now that the bank is open more than 3 days per week: 9-3 or 9-4 on Thurs.? because I just had Surgery & needed my Daughter to make a deposit tomorrow. U have removed that info from your recording. This isannoying & inconvenient. I went to yr website & it's not there either. Please re post your Harlem branch biz hrs. Thank you very much,
