If I can give this branch Zero stars I would. As I was walking into the bank to deposit money the girl behind the counter was so rude , and even had to nerves to burp loud and laugh about it like it was funny . Then I’m bringing change to be deposit and she tells me I can not deposit more then 300 a day which every other bank takes the change no matter how much it is . Then I give her 1 dollar Coins (15 dollars ) and she gives them back to me and tells me she can not accept the coins til they’re in a roll of 25 dollars .. never has that happen to me when I take coins to Bank of America they take it no questions ask . It’s money being deposit into MY ACCOUT. this happen today 8/15/2023 10:35 am . Gives me back the 15 dollars in coins and I had to give her bills so she can deposit it and gave me back the dollar coins because it was not rolled up in a pack of 25 .. these girls have poor customer service ! And every time I go in there they’ll make you wait til they’re done gossiping their life to each other while I’m standing there waiting to deposit my money . These girls need to be retrained!
