Pizza Hut Menai

Food was soooo good i ate so much thank you for your service pizza hut menai. ;)

We just got delivery and the pizzas look like they were carried on their side, usually great, this time disgusted

Just moved into the area, and good food hot and quick. Probably the hottest pizza I've had delivered for a while. Can't fault it so far

So decided to support local businesses tonight order from Pizza Hut Menai from the chicken wings menu. Extremely disappointed the chicken was cold in the Center of them,asked for the peri peri flavour but got plain chicken. After spending $48.00 for 2 x 6 packs of wings and cheesy garlic bread Total rip off had to re cook food. Never again Pizza Hut. 🤮🤮

Ordered 3 pizzas for hungry teens 3 hours ago via the Pizza Hut app. Their real time tracking shows the order as "Your order is getting ready to be delivered". Has been like that for the last hour, having taken 2 hours to get made and cooked. Many phone calls to the store (instantly goes to message back which is full, which terminates the call) and the Customer Service line which is currently unattended, messages left.
This is the first major issue I have had with Pizza Hut Menai, smaller ones like no sauces for sides, wrong bases etc. are frustrating but at least it arrives. To not deliver or contact us saying there is an issue is tantamount to theft. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Ordered a hot and spicy veg pick up today, Only to find the edges was burnt when I opened the box.
It tasted too oily and greasy and inedible. they are not cleaning the pan's for sure.
Called the store through the Pizza Hut Customer care number twice, was put on hold both the times for 20 mins to be connected to the store or store manager. No one cared to answer or return the call inspite of leaving messages for call back twice.
Horrible experience, Pathetic attitude & service and Dodgy operators.
Pizza Hut Menai Sucks.

We have been ordering from Menai for ages and never had a complaint until they served this sh#t to me. Unfortunately I had already made my way home to hungry kids and couldn't be bothered driving back. The kids didn't eat it .

Had to call when online system didn't have the address for our party. Delivered on time to right place, and when driver found they hadn't packed the drinks, he went back and got them. No charge till full order delivered. Tastes better than Dominoes, where the pizza seems to keep shrinking?
