"I went to a center to have an ultrasound done, but the personnel who performed it did not treat me well at all.The sonographer was very nervous , especially on my hand. I was in pain and felt nervous. I was very unhappy with the experience and won't be going back for any further tests."Only the secretary was nice, but the man who did the ultrasound did not behave well and made me feel bad

I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I got accepted right away as a walk in patient instead of waiting for a couple of weeks in another clinic, thanks to a very well organized process and professional staff, especially a male ultrasound technician.

Been here twice for my ultrasound and the other lady whose name I don’t know has always been very nice and kind. I came in today June 21st 2024 ay 9am and that lady wasn’t there. I felt so sad because I already became used to her. And the lady who was there today was not helpful at all. She wasn’t very careful with the transvaginal device and used it forcefully on me. She told me I was 15weeks pregnant where as I’m 18 weeks. She was very unprofessional and I can’t believe her reading or whatever she puts in my result. She was very rude and the most unprofessional technologist I have ever encountered. I am never returning to this place. God bless the other lady.

Reply to their response: Obviously Even is not my biological name. But I’m pretty sure you know the lady I’m talking about because I see a lot of complain about the same woman I’m referring to. Just left my review so people can be a little aware of this place and the technicians they have working on people. I wish you well.

Janna - what a smile and very welcoming - helped me get booked in really quick! Busy morning at the clinic but a very short wait. Mattie did my xray and Igor my ultrasound and both provided compassion, knowledge and patience ❤️ overall a really nice experience and i know i’ll be back.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional, the facilities were modern and clean, and the ultrasound technician was knowledgeable and caring. Results were delivered promptly and explained thoroughly. Highly recommend!

My wife is 32 weeks pregnant, and we visited this place with her three times for an obstetrical ultrasound. The first two visits were really good. I think the technician's name was Natalina, who even showed us the baby's fingers and we are thankful for her. However, today when we went, there was a different technician, whom I believe is named Igor. He checked three patients in 15 to 20 minutes. He didn't show our baby to us properly, he just said he will take some measurements and did not let us see the screen, just at the end he said to us, here is the baby, (5 seconds). When we asked him how the baby looks like, he started to avoid answering our question. We asked him again and he rudely said that we would hear from the doctor. The previous technician explained everything to us and was so kind. Igor's suspicious answers scared my wife and made our day miserable. My wife is supposed to stay away from stress, especially now. He made her feel worried because of his behavior. It is normal that as parents, you wanted to know if everything seems fine. If you are looking for a place with more human sense and consideration, Please reconsider going to this place.

It’s my first time here in this clinic and it was a great experience because I don’t have an appointment but they checked me in on time. I love their services. The staff are very nice and friendly.
