Two stars for the variety and stock, but that’s it. Opened a couple minutes late, dude unlocks the door, but doesn’t open it or apologize for opening late (there were a couple of us outside waiting) and the lights weren’t even on when we came in. I grabbed my items and set them down on the counter to go to the cooler and grab a cold drink, came back and the guy working let another dude completely disregard my items on the counter and rang him out instead. The variety isn’t worth the lack of customer service so I won’t be returning

Sequoia single handedly runs this store the rest of his team not so much

Very disorganized, staff wasn't engaging or knowledgeable about the products. No one asked me about my goals or anything I was looking to get from my supplements. I was disappointed that when I asked for a certain product they didn't carry that they didn't try and find an alternative that they perhaps did have in store to meet my needs.

The ladies at this store rock and are super friendly. They should be GNC’s only employees on commission, seriously. They hook you up with deals without even asking and will get you exactly what you need every time. HIGHLY recommend popping in every time you need to stock up.

Rebecca is a great customer service representative. She was knowledgeable enough to help me make decisions regarding supplementation, which is normally rare in my own experiences. She greeted me, responded to me, expedited the sale, asked if I needed anything else and thanked me. Most people seem to have a general disinterest in conversation, she seemed to have genuine interest. The store had what I needed and at a reasonable price. Great stock, great customer service representative.

Walked in, found what I need instantly so told the man that I did not need help and I found it , as another customer said “she found hers fast” he replied with “ya and was rude about it” certainly wasn’t rude about it so you shouldnt assume. As well as being very unprofessional. Will not be giving you any of my customer service.
