I've been to the Museum many times and always find something new each time. Easy to get to via car or train. Clean, spacious and informative. We recently went to the Ancient Egypt exhibit which was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely recommend. A large giftshop, which, of course, attracts kid's eyes immediately.

This place is beautiful, huge, interesting and so informative. I love its wide range of areas of interest, beautiful structure and design. Also the different exhibitions. It's also great for the price of one ticket you can become a member. Great place for kids and adults. There is something for everyone

Great museum! And kids are free! kids spent about 4 hours exploring and interacting with all the displays. Lots of little displays and interactive displays if you take the time to look and enjoy 👍

Visited new museum for the first time.

Such a wonderful upgrade.

Buy tix online for easier entry - hint : annual ticket is cheaper than a one visit ticket.

Something I think you can always find something new to discover each time.

Lots of interactive exhibits - great for kids.

It's a fantastic museum! Great exhibitions, especially about nature and people (in Connections). There is also a wonderful "welcome to country" and plenty of information about the life of the native populations in Western Australia: their struggles and their achievements. Very instructive!

Such a lot to read and see, an annual membership is highly recommended so you can take your time to browse without rushing. Easy accessibility as well because it is so near to the Perth Underground Station.
If you don't have a membership, i recommend buying tickets online to avoid a queue of up to 20 min. Not fun if you have young children with you.

I am not much into museums but I took my kids here and they loved it. It is a massive building with a lot of knowledge and learning on display. A few huge dianosaurs were present which got the kids excited. There was a queue for those who wanted to purchase tickets, the ones who purchased online could simply walk in.
