chips were colder than my cheating exes heart. the chips had no salt and tasted like a soggy cardboard sandwich, even a raccoon wouldn't touch them! its like they sucked all the flavour outta life and left me with a pile of lukewarm, tasteless regrets. (i ordered extra salt)

Do you know how excited I was for your chips? Very. I was hungry. Dreaming about those chips. AND YOU FORGOT THEM. I didn’t get my chips. This is a betrayal. I’ve never had an issue with you, but KFC? You may now consider yourself my mortal enemy.

Y'know KFC (I'm old school an.much prefer to call them Kentucky Fried Chicken) have really gotten worse. I don't know if it's just KFC Australia or not but when I was in England the chicken fillet burgers (now called original recipe) were huge and really crispy. They're obviously not using the colonels original recipe, they've gone for a cheap option. Plus why do they insist on "potato and gravy"? What's wrong with just a nice tub of gravy? Also, if you're trying to rush people through as quick as you can try to get the orders in the correct order. Not too hard in a single file queue is it? Also.. what's wrong with regular salt on your chips not this seasoned rubbish they use in Australia.

Great Christmas in July deals. Had the double combo meal for $12. Mmm 😋 delicious Zinger burger with extra pepper mayo, hot seasoned chips and soft yummy nuggets. Always friendly customer service.

Rachael the Shift Manager on tonight, 10/10 service. We don’t frequent KFC much but after a bit of bad day we decided to grab a quick dinner, unfortunately our order was messed up despite double checking it at the first window, when we received our wrong order, Rachael resolved the issue with no fuss and had a great attitude, it may have been nothing out of the ordinary for her, but she definitely put the silver lining on our day.

Placed an order through the KFC app and waited 45 minutes for it to arrive. Store had handed the driver the wrong meal and said we had to cancel the order and order again because the drivers are “third-party”, even though it was ordered directly through kfc. $60 refund will take up to a week and no dinner on the table. Disappointing and will not be returning to this kfc

Worst KFC i’ve ever had! We usually love KFC but just ordered at the newly renovated store and was disgusted.
Ordered 3 pieces of chicken and they were as small as the nuggets, meat was grey and tough, covered in so much crumbs just to make them look larger, ordered original and got zinger…
My partner ordered a zinger burger box that was really small, chips soggy and also had 2 pieces of tiny slimy chicken pieces, then opened the potato and gravy and the gravy was lumpy tasted like cardboard.
Nothing was edible!
Order took ages too and they were not that busy!
Won’t be back!!

Was in Australia for 2 times and haven’t tried KFC Aussie style.

Really impressed by the texture of the chicken compared with those from Singapore.

The chicken breast is juicy and not dry.

I also enjoy the mash Potato!

After work hours is very busy for walk in or drive in customers. Lesser eat in customers than what I expected. Only saw the other table where customers sat down to eat.

Not sure the red box is a special version for July but it’s cool to see people carrying these boxes out. 😄
