Pathetic, uneducated, ignorant and arrogant security guards with no respect to even the residents or visitors. Faulty elevators , old dirty buildings and corridors. No response to complaints. No proper Managemnet. Unacceptable fines while living there without any proper reason and no one is there to ask and no one is responsible for anything. Very vey bad experience over all. Never had a peaceful life while staying in this building. Very bad smell pools. Leakages everywhere all the time even in the parking. Broken reception access controls.

Great place to live for families, with good accessibility to E311 and E44 , clean building, good security, ample resident parking. Near city centre with Carrefour and lots of shops and grocery story at the ground floor. Great view from balcony. Facilities include tennis court, pool etc. Best locality for affordable accommodation.
The process of even viewing an empty apartment is so pathetic and the security has no information whatsoever. Damac living app is also useless. No wonder occupancy rate is so low of all these buildings Lakeside, Crescent, Lagovista. Elite residences are much better.
Great place to live with your family. Lake view from the balcony is so nice. Easy accessible from E311 and E44, during peak hours it will be very difficult to enter and exit the community. Rent is also cheap compared to nearby communities.
Security is so tight sometimes you will even get annoyed but this is good for you and your family’s safety.
Nice apartments but I have doubts regarding build quality. We had an issue with broken bath tub but it got replaced soon after I have notified to the building management.
Lots of stores down the streets and a huge City Center nearby which makes the community so enticing.

Worst accommodations experience ever. Don’t even try this. Labor level community with filthy greedy owners. Not even caring to clean there properties and once they get the money they don’t reply your inquiries. Apartments full of bugs and cockroaches all the time. Noisy neighbors( loud music, dog barking and shouting loudly ) car park keys don’t work and security guy such an As…..
