Excellent Service Experience at HDFC Bank
I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at HDFC Bank. During my recent visit to the HDFC bank/Vikaspuri C-block, the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
- Customer Service: The relationship manager took the time to explain various financial products tailored to my needs, which made decision-making much easier.
- Efficiency: The process of My freeze salary account was efficient and swift, making my experience hassle-free.
- special Thanks to Tushar sir, This branch employee is so good it's not like all employees

Dear Manager,
I hope you remember me , as we had heart full discussion( on 9 th FEB ) and I was impressed by your kind attitude. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unresolved issue of my account opening at your branch, which has remained pending since February 9, 2024( New Delhi )
On that date, despite the bank being officially closed, you were kind enough to assist me personally. Recognizing my urgent need, you arranged for the necessary procedures to be completed and reassured me that my account would be opened promptly. I greatly appreciated your assistance and professionalism at that time.
However, it is now May 27, 2024, and my account remains unopened. I have made numerous attempts to follow up on this matter, but unfortunately, your assistant Mr Navneet has been uncooperative and has consistently refused to allow me to speak with you directly. This lack of communication and resolution has caused me significant concern, particularly regarding the safety of the personal documents I provided.
Given your demonstrated commitment to customer service, I trust you will remember our interaction and understand the urgency of my situation. I am urgently requesting your direct intervention to resolve this matter immediately.
I must stress that if this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities within HDFC Bank and, if necessary, to relevant regulatory bodies to ensure the security of my personal information and the opening of my account.

The worse service in the world. Mr. Ashok who claims to be a manager of collection department does not know what he is talking about, he have a script to say: i have etiquettes to not answer why your cibil is dropped, i have etiquettes to not answer why your account is not closed, i have etiquettes to not to answer why we are asking money again and again when you have already paid and requested to close the account and our employee did not closed it all though he have promised to do so on the recorded call. he is a joker created by his manager to talk on his behalf.

I have a credit card settlement issue which I want to close and get the NDC. So far there has been no assistance provided by either customer care or the concerned employee.. Kindly assist in getting this resolved.

When I check the services on HDFC bank page on Google it states that it handles demat account as well. But when I reached there they said visit B block Janakpuri branch for any demat operations. I do not see any difference in the services provided in both branch as both are HDFC bank.

Pathetic services-
the girl who sits at the PB desk asked me to fill out a form for a new debit card request, I was also told to wait for the next seven days to for the delivery. I waited for more than 10 days but there was no delivery made to my place. I called the customer service for the update and the funniest part was the branch person had not even raised my request. They wasted my time for more than 10 days it was an urgent need. Listen, we don't even enjoy visiting the branch anyhow or to bother you people but when we do at least try to understand the urgency.
