Staff is pathetic and unresponsive. No one understands the procedure and has greatly misled you. If one of the agents, Divya, is your mediator, I strongly advise you to avoid her and prevent being scammed. She is not a LICHFL employee.

Very pathetic service and response i have been connecting with them even i have visited as well and spoke with branch manager however they are not able to give proper solution on time. They are like wait for 1-2 days more after awaiting for 1 month

The address mentioned is wrong,it's not panchpakhadi. The actual address is near Bedekar hospital, Rammaruti road. Please mention the correct address.
Wrong location. New LIC office is in Naupada behind New English School.
Worst service i had requested for home loan balance tranfer and its been over a month now and still no response from their Thane branch. Lic HFL is the worst in customer service.
