I have never left a review for any place ever, but this restaurant deserved a bad review. The food was subpar and the accuracy of orders should be better for the food being so pricey. I ordered a simple teriyaki chicken bowl and they messed up the one specification on the meal. We also only got three small bowls and it was $80. Terrible.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves it! Ordered my food and waited while the gal put new food in containers for another order (looked to be an employee order). Then, she proceeded to give me the older food that had been sitting there after about 10-15 minutes. Asked her about this and she laughed it off. Food lacked flavor and was just not good, especially for the price. Used to really like Pei Wei, but I am taking my business elsewhere from now on!

My food came out delicious, the chicken was tender and flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly and flavored well too. The bad reviews on this really shine a negative light on this restaurant that isn't deserved at all. Best Pei Wei I have been to in a while, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

AVOID! Don’t be fooled - it’s nothing like Panda Express. Portions are small and expensive, especially when the quality and taste is not there. Ordered bourbon chicken and the sauce was way too sweet. Paid and extra $3 for noodle, but it was literally just plain noodles that they just boiled with chicken over. Pieces of chicken looked fat (?) I took a couple bites and threw the rest of my $20 (!!!) dinners away. Only positive it that it came out really quickly

I wish I had checked the reviews first, but I was too hungry. The bourbon chicken was not good. The chicken looked weird and there were huge chunks of fat. The sauce was very sweet. There’s a bunch of other restaurants nearby that are better.

Just learned Pei Wei actually cook food on the spot (unlike Panda Express and the likes). The food was served fast and taste above average for a fast food Chinese chain. We ordered the pad Thai with chicken and a shrimp/beef chow mein. I can taste the entrees are less oily and a bit more watery. I guess this is good for health but still one entree sets you back 1200 calories 😅

This certainly isn’t $20 worth of Chinese food. At that price point you’re getting sit down Chinese somewhere. I’m giving a couple stars because the food tasted good. Not the best, not too bad. Like Panda Express when they dump a fresh batch of chicken in. The price point and wait were silly though. Airport food!
