This is a nice walk from the Omni hotel at ASU. We walked every day to the lake and around it and back across the bridge. Great views. Never did any of the water activities, it’s a man made lake so the water is “stagnant” I don’t recommend swimming.

Loved this place!! It’s so cute and has a feel for a romantic walk as well did see a lot of couples and family out here. Felt safe! Highly recommend for a nice run or walk.

We are from Boston, but when we visit our daughter, we always stop here and do the paddle bolts or just enjoy the atmosphere. Love the view of the planes going in and out of Sky Harbor.

My recent visit to Rio Salado Park was absolutely wonderful. This park is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. The walking trails were easy to navigate and offered scenic views of the river. It was perfect for a leisurely stroll. I even saw some ducks and birds along the way. The park's lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it ideal for a picnic with friends. The playground was great for the kids, and there was plenty of open space to play and relax. It's a fantastic place to connect with nature and enjoy a day out in a serene setting.

Awesome place to spend the evening. Beautiful sunsets, strolling around the trail, watching the flights land very so often.

Very nice place! Enjoyed the time we spent there. Lots of bikes, scooters, and boats for rent. Restrooms were clean, but there was only one open. Definitely dog friendly and plenty of space for them to play. Will definitely be going back to visit.
Beautiful! At 7:15AM I was able to see the sunrise while the full moon was setting! It doesn't get much better than that.

Let me know if there are any spots in nature where you're able to easily see both. Always looking for locations.
