Scottsdale Xeriscape Garden

Small park to hang around and see plants. It was such smaller than what I thought, right next to a dog park. The entrance is through the park, it has no entrance on it's own. Google sent is to a non-existent entrance and we had to drive all the way around.

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this garden. It wasn't too far from the hotel I was staying in so I decided to check it out. Beautiful garden with a variety of cacti and desert plants. They have educational plaques scattered around the trail and definitely learned a few things!

The walk was brief, I'd plan for about 20-30 minutes tops. If you're up for a stroll, it's a nice walk!

This was a nice find for us. We are traveling from out of town and didn’t feel like going for a hike, but wanted to see some gardens and take a walk. The Xeriscape garden and landscaping are a section of a much larger park. You can take your time and go through this. There are plenty of sun and shade options. We enjoyed that we could take the walking path through the remainder of the park, roughly 2 miles around the whole thing. There’s a pond at the far end and this garden at the other with many baseball softball soccer and playground fields in between. It’s a very wide open space that can be enjoyed by everyone.

A beautiful place to have randomly pulled over and checked out. Educational, calming, lovely.

Beautiful park! Very relaxing. I stopped by here while waiting for my flight out of Phoenix. Saw many birds and a few rabbits. ❤️
