Bad reputation for not providing card details to hotels resulting in complications and delays on check-in
I will not use this company any more to order rail tickets. Firstly you can't get through on the phone I am always on hold for over 20 minutes each time I call. I have been chasing a refund of a train ticket since June, due to a rail strike on the day of travel, and still not have had the issue resolved.
