Upsold me DJ gear I didn't want which was unwrapped and refused to let me return it, citing a damn sign 3m high on the wall that says 'no refunds or exchanges'. Reporting them to fraud standards and going back today to demand my consumer rights be respected.
Absolutely APPALLING experience.
I was verbally attacked by a shop employee for politely asking to try a guitar pedal whose box was already open.
He raised his voice at me and claimed that they can't let clients try pedals, adding that 'it's not a pair of shoes', that the item would immediately become second hand as soon as I touch it.
"What, let me guess, you wanna try it with a guitar too? And touch that too? That's not how it works. You can go to the store in front, maybe the will let you."
I obviously left and will never put a foot in there.

J'ai amené un setup hardware d'instrument de musique en entretien. celui a été bâclé et mal fait. Ils annoncent pouvoir tout faire et une fois les instruments récupérer une partie des problèmes sont toujourd présent. Il n'a donc fait preuve d'aucune écoute qd j'ai déposé mon matériel. Potard mal remis ou manquants, machines mal remonté, bruit présent à l'intérieur,.. bref je déconseille vivement.
Very dishonest owner. I bought a digital piano at this shop. I went home and I was not happy with the way it sounded so I thought to bring it back to exchange it for a better product. I went back after 6 days (so legally I still had the right to return it) and the owner didn't want to exchange it even if I wanted to buy a more expensive one at his shop. His reason was: the piano you bought is cheap so I cannot accept it back. I didn't want to argue with this man and kept the piano. What he did is illegal. Be very careful and test everything before buying at this shop of thieves.

Chouette petit magasin ou on y trouve de quoi contenter beaucoup de monde.
Les grandes et tres grandes marques y sont représentées, mais aussi les marques Taïwanaises, ce qui fait que ce magasin est taillé pour toutes les bourses et budgets.
Je le conseille donc
