I went to Himayat nagar Burger King yesterday at 9:00pm with my cousins. I ordered 6-8 burgers and I urgently got a call and had to go somewhere after giving my order. I asked the staff the closing time and the staff said it's 1:00am. I asked them if I could dine at 11, and the staff agreed.
I reached at 11 but there was no AC, no Blower, No Fan. I requested staff to turn on ac or blower so we can sit and have our meal but they said we will check in sometime. I kept waiting for 10-15 mins. And then I asked again. Assistant manager - Sandeep kumar said we can't turn on AC as it is our policy to keep ac only till 11pm. I said please put a board and mention your policy and for now turn on the AC or atleast blowers. He did not agree and kept arguing for another 10 mins. Then I requested him to let me talk to the area manager. I mentioned my concern that it is really too hot and it's not appropriate for the customer to sit in this heat. He did not help me in any way.
Staff is very rude, they don't understand the situation. If you have a policy you should mention it on the door or somewhere in store so customer knows.
They behavior was inappropriate and not at all friendly.

I love burger king but this store has exceptionally poor service. Ordered from swiggy. Waited for 1.5 hours. Cancelled the order, ordered from a different burger king store and got food in 30 min.

Service is very careless and slow. They can easily deliver food faster but folks are busy chatting and only put together the food on multiple reminders. This outlet needs more focus on customers.

I am extremely frustrated with the staff at this Burger King outlet. They show no reaction or accountability for the delays they cause. Furthermore, the food is far from delicious. I have experienced much better service and tastier food at other Burger King locations. It is absolutely unbelievable that it took them a whopping 25 minutes to prepare a simple burger. I had to ask them twice before they even started making it, and then they miraculously managed to whip it up in just 2 minutes. This outlet is by far the worst in my opinion!

To the owner: Boss, your employees keep switching off the fryers to avoid working. Not only that, they cheat customers with the drinks of the meals. Also, they give away food for FREE to their friends. What a mess! This is happening very often during the week and sometimes several times a day. If you don't care about your money, you should car about the franchise BK at least right? Drop your name and phone number if you want more details.

Very bad attitude of the serving staff, you will never get coldrink over here with any of the meals.They will force people to buy coffee by giving extra amount even though colddrinks are available.
Staff is very rude they themselves are drinking colddrinks and not giving them to the people.
I would have given 0 star if that is there.
We have observed this kind of behaviour many times so I am forced to add a review.

The service is good. The order delivered in 1.30mins Very good staff. I would like to give 5 star rating. Thank you for giving an offer 99 crispy veg meal
