The Ridge Medical Practice

Never can get an appointment apparently it has to be an emergency thought we had A& E for that. They love signing up new patients but not enough doctors to give you an appointment.

Phoned 210 times this morning from 8.15 to try get an appointment, but was solid engaged, so gave up before actually getting through. The NHS is definitely broken, at least in Bradford. My sister can phone or pop into her Drs and get an appointment with ease.

Completely given up hope of ever getting seen.... Systems as changed. Now triaged by receptionist,., then chemist and then finally if you are Lucky a phone call from a Doctor although don't bank on it!!

Physio experience was when came see Dr Chris Harrison
I had sprain my arm
He examination and he referred me to physio. Which gives me plenty exercise to do.
My Arm made a lovely recovery
And I can use back too normal.
Over all Dr Chris Harrison is marvellous Doctor.
First time I see him from GP behind close doors at my local GP behind close doors at cousins Road 2018

they didn’t send out my appointment like they said they would Called for 3 months straight and no one answered then the one time the lady did answer she said it’s training this week you can’t call us and they always put the phone down if they do actually pick it up!! The female receptionists are of no help absolute rubbish.

I’ve been registered almost 8 yeras,
Last few years tried to book an appointment said u need call 81:15 tried phone always busy for years so no appointments went to reception said all appointments gone,
After 3 years wich is Tod same accident happened no appointments u can’t see doctor, I’m bleeding coughing my situation is so dad even ambulance doesn’t come to help saying u still breathing.
Plus there 2 ladies on the reception disk
They very angry attitude when they done they shout next customer.

absolutely disgraceful place, hires new starters ‘apprentice’s’ dose not provide them with the correct training then leave’s them in charge of booking appointments, leaving them in charge off jobs they should not be given without the correct training, if you are looking into a job here i would not recommend as i know a apprentice that started and after only 2months off working there her contact was ‘ended’ however she was on a apprentice contact not a apprentice agreement so there was no way the contract could be ended, they used the excuse off ‘this place is not for you’ however we then went to find out they was over staffed and my friend was the one to take the backlash off that, on her first job where she did absolutely nothing wrong, this would be taken as unfair dismissal and i would personally think twice before applying for a job here.
