This is my review for Doctors not the receptionist.
The receptionist are very friendly but the drs are m-------.
This is the worst one. Careless
They don't deserve a single star either.

I give just one star because I can't give -10
Terrible service,rude and arrogant staff
They don't deserve the title doctor or medical staff!!!!

My homage to all doctors in UHDB especially emergency room and 999
Thanks to them,me and my baby,we are alive
Never seen my GP, never took any appointments (the surgery is ALWAYS very busy??!!!)
I losted my job because of the receptionist who didn't register my pregnancy (I called her around 50 times to ask for midwife), and of course without proof of my pregnancy,I couldn't keep my job.I losted my pancreas because nobody made me the normal check in for pregnancy. My surgery was close, they didn't open the doors, they didn't answer the phone
And more and more and more
....
The pandemic is not the problem, the hospital worked and continue to work to help the poor sick people who have a non-working surgeries!!!They have families too but they know what the title doctor means

I attended the surgery today for some blood results, the doctors surgery was running 30 minutes late and after speaking to the doctor I understood why this was. He took the time to explained thoroughly all the readings in detail, then he checked my lungs and he asked about my health generally. I felt that I had a complete check, unrushed and informative visit and hence things took a little longer. I've been to other surgeries where it was more important for the doctors to keep to your allotted time slot rather than to get to the bottom of the problem, this leaves one with the feeling of being rushed and not getting answers. I know which I prefer. Well done All Saints Surgery.

I have used this Surgery for around 15 years. Both receptionists and doctors have always been pleasant, helpful and professional. Waiting times are comparable with other surgeries in the area, however staff have always accommodated urgent requests where possible.

Unprofessional behaviour and conduct many many people have been diagnosed incorrectly and have resulted in deaths. People have been harassed about their weight and family members who are no longer with them. Please send complaints and reviews if you have had similar experiences. We will strongly be complaining to NHS, Media and through Social Media Avenues to get Dr Singh out of practicing proving his mental health and incompetence to professionally run a surgery. He truly has underestimated our community and will suffer considerably

Receptionists lovely and that's where it ends. 2 years ago given a total of 28 tablets a day, then my bowel burst because of the medication. Now have a colostomy bag and can't get reversed as I'm not well enough. The doctors now say 1 complaint per appointment but you can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I needed bloods done they can't fit you in till July. So you have to go up the hospital and sit and wait. Saying all that Dr Remi is lovely and helping to sort me out. If it wasn't for her and the fact that the pharmacy next to it are lovely I'd change doctors.
