Managers / Assistant managers are completely useless. Decisions that are being made make no sense whatsoever. For example: extending by 3 hours to “organize and clean store “. What store takes 3 extra hours to clean, employees would be leaving at 1am. Some managers even cursing at their employees, going on vacations without alerting anyone. To me this branch will close down soon with these managers in place. My investigation will continue.

I bought the my melody slides here not realizing how small they were, and tried to make a return within the next few days since the they still had all the original tags and packaging from the store. I had to travel several hours all the way from NJ to get back to Tangram since their return policy says I have to go back to the original store to return an item. When I got there I was denied a refund with the manager saying the slides were final sale. This wasn't listed anywhere on the rack where the slides were or on the receipt, saying that the only nonrefundable items are "cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry". I offered to do an exchange instead for a different item in the store and was denied that too. Lowkey feel scammed lol

Goood place to get sanrio items and hello kitty stuff but they’re too expensive for even a surprise egg it’s $12… nothing good come in stock it’s very basic plushie and they’re priced so high. Nothing new they keep in stock. Ended up buying this lunchbox for $6 which was a good deal.

One star for the horrible service. The product is cute, and the price tag is 13.99, but i was charged 15.99. When I asked the cashier why the price is different, she said she doesn’t know and it is what it is in the system. I told her then you guys might need to update the price tag cuz it is not correct. She then became angry and said i shouldn’t say this to her. Very bad attitude and no apology at all. Will never go back to this store because of her.

Great place for a wide variety of cute items like plushes for $10, pet toys, Marvel products, containers, bottles.
They also have a collection of Peanuts building blocks with Snoopy.
Join their rewards program for 60 starting points ($3). Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Get $5 reward at 100 points.
Their large shopping bag at checkout is 25 cents.

I was needing a place to explore and shop since I am from out of town and Miniso came up on my social media as a place to check out. I was not disappointed - especially with the rest of the mall still slowly opening up! The location was very clean and well-stocked. They had a variety of items ranging from home goods to pet toys and I enjoyed just being allowed to browse. Everything was also very affordable - I walked out with 5 items for under $20. Be aware that they do charge for a bag if you are needing one for your items. The only thing I know people may not enjoy is that the plushies were around $14 for the big ones, but when we're looking at high prices for imported items compared to similar prices for things shipped to places like Target, I think it's a pretty good deal still!

Miniso is a popular Chinese retail chain known for selling a variety of merchandise at low-cost prices and they just opened their second location in New York this past weekend. Miniso is located on the ground floor inside the Tangram building in the heart of Flushing. Practically 80 percent of their products are under ten bucks! They have a variety of everything: toys, makeup, Asian snacks, small household goods, pillows, cell phone accessories, stationary, etc.

It was quite enjoyable perusing their aisles and finding random, fun stuff. The plushies and bento boxes were a must buy for me that day. The store isn’t very large, but the layout is easy to understand. On the first day, not all of the items were marked with prices, so it was a bit of a guessing game on how much they cost. Hopefully, they fix that soon. Still, I ended with about $45 worth of goodies on my first visit.
