Dodgy place. Too many weirdos running around. I wouldn't bring my kids to this playground.

A very heart touching memorial of the 90 victims shot down by the Islamic terrorists the 13th of November 2015.
Under the square you'll find the canal that travels through Paris starting at la Bastille and opening out again at St Martin. There are big caged air vents where you can see an occasional barge go past.

A rather sombre experience when I stopped at this Memorial site that marks the spot where so many lives were taken on November 13th 2015! I was here 2017 and still feel emotionally touched! This is actually a long public park with playgrounds for children and surrounded on both sides by beautiful Avenues filled with shops, cafés and restaurants. There's street parking available and public lavatory dotted throughout the park. This is a lovely Park area and despite the tragedy I feel people are slowly getting on with their lives! I'm glad I visited this spot. The experience will stay with me!
