I've been recruiting with them for quite some time now. It has honestly been a great experience for me. I needed something I could set my own hours and essentially run my own show more or less as my personal life and health has been a challenge and quite frankly a great stress. This job has given me the ability to work and manage my health without adding the additional stress of micromanagement and unreasonable targets. This job is truly what you make it. If you're serious, then you will get something out of it. If you aren't willing to put the effort in then you simply won't. All in all this is a company I see myself partnered with long-term and that is not something I think I can say about any company I've worked for in the past.
