Chavie Russell Wigs

I followed Chavie on Instagram and decided to purchase a wig from her. This is my first wig, and I have since bought a second one. Chavie's customer service and attention to detail are second to none. She is caring, considerate, and kind. She will take the time to answer every question, address every concern, and tailor the wig to your liking. I live far away from Chavie's salon, so the entire process has gone back and forth via UPS. I have never experienced outstanding customer service like this. I only recommend Chavie to any of my friends looking for wigs.

I visited Chavie’s pop up in Monsey and after much previous heartache, frustration and searching, I found the perfect wig within 15 minutes. Chavie’s patience, compassion and dedication to making customers happy while delivering high quality products at affordable prices is a cut above any other brand I’ve encountered. I finally feel at peace and can breathe easy knowing I have service, expertise and professionalism from her and her team. Thank you so much for such an easy and pleasant experience!

Chavie is the perfect place to go for great quality wigs! All of the staff is wonderful and took the time to go through all of my choices (colors, sizing, style, and maintenance). I am new to wearing wigs and ask a lot of questions, Chavie is very understanding and very prompt to answer fast. I've gone in wanting to add highlights and had no problems with doing so, they were happy to make any adjustments. Their customer service is amazing and I can't wait to purchase more wigs and continue to use their services!

I had a virtual appointment with Chavie since I live far away from her and she rocks! She answered a lot of questions that I had since I will be a first time wearer! I keep asking questions to her and she is always gracious and answers them so I can understand. So far the process has started out very pleasant in getting started on a wig order for me. Chavie has a great Instagram that she is always posting colors, design, and unreal photos and videos of her wigs that she has or has made for others. That way it gives you great ideas to help her design yours. I will review again once I get it!

Chavie and her entire staff are AMAZING! Everyone in the salon is extremely compassionate, kind, patient, and so easy to work with. Chavie’s wigs are gorgeous and of the highest quality. She is also able to customize each one to meet everyone of her customer’s needs and specifications. Chavie exceeds expectations and over delivers. Whether the wig needs color, cut, and/or styling, she never fails to follow through and make sure it’s perfect. I feel great every time I leave the salon because Chavie is always positive, cheerful, and encouraging. Chavie Russel Wigs is a gem!

Chavie Russll Wigs is amazing. It is located in a very nice neighborhood in Chicago. The staff is absolutely wonderful. She has a huge selection of high quality human hair wigs to chose from. I walked out with beautiful hair that day. I can wash it, style it with a curling iron, put product in it.. it is real hair. No one will know it is a wig. I forget I have it on at times, it is so comfortable to wear. Thank you so much!!

As a cancer patient it is a difficult time losing my hair and Chavie's will make your transition so much easier.

My first try at finding a wig did not go so smoothly. I was sold a non human wig for twice the price by a company. Be careful which companies you trust. Chavie's had it all...the selection, highest quality product, professionalism, great staff, fast service and she even helps you maintain the wig after you purchase it. Thank you!
