The Escapist

Me and my girlfriend played the Excalibur room. While we didn’t escape we loved the challenge and all of the unique puzzles. Afterwards, we enjoyed some drinks while we played video games and board games. Super fun and chill spot!

Coming from out of town, we were on the search for a fun, family activity. We landed on ‘The Escapist’ because it was kid friendly, had video games, board games, escape rooms for the family and adult beverages, what a combo! We cannot get those all together in Oklahoma. While there we met Noah, he was very good with our boys and prompt in service! He was knowledgeable about the rooms and helped us decide which would be best for the family. He was attentive while we were in the room and cheered us on when we made it out just in the nick of time! We said that was one of the best experiences of our trip! Oh and Noah gave us a tip about airport security that if we hadn’t learned, we may have ended up missing our flight! We were running late due to the snow and his trick, saved us just enough time to board! Great job!

Fantastic local businesses! The vibe is amazing and we did the Excalibur room and it was nice. The set was good (although perhaps a few too many drinks spilt on the papers) and a few puzzles I was less of a fan of (a few Amazon puzzle boxes), but as a whole it was a really fun room. There was a cool magic mirror but then the host physically entered the room for hints. I wish they were delivered through the mirror. Difficulty was about right for our group and we had an amazing time. I would come back for the other rooms or just to play some of their many board and video games!

This escape room was great! I’ve been to 4 others all over the country and this was the best! Love the multi room concept tons of fun and challenging puzzles. Lots of thought into the design of the rooms. Great that you get a private experience and don’t have to be with strangers. Drink prices were super reasonable. Lots of fun board games and N64 to play after your escape room experience. We had a great time!

I came here with a group of work friends and we enjoyed the escape room as it was a nice team building event. Plenty of clues but the staff was super helpful if you’re stuck. Then we had some drinks afterward and really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibes. Even if we didn’t do the escape room there was a great atmosphere of drinks and board games to have a nice evening with your friends.

It was awesome! Very different from franchise escape room experiences, there were multiple rooms, lots of clues to manage, but amazing super helpful staff. I did it with kids and we were very liberal asking for clues, and that didn't take away from the satisfaction.

There's also happy hour on Sunday all day, board and video games, and we hung out with teas and hot cocoas after we were done.

This was my second time doing an escape room and it was such a fun experience! I am slowly getting better at these. Christian was so friendly and throughly explained everything. Next time I’m in Denver I will definitely stop by again!
