Wangdu Apartments

Stayed there almost four years.
1. Location is quiet and nice. Near park.4/5
2. Superintendent Services are 5/5
3. Rent is reasonable. And all rooms are 5/5

We loved our time at the Wangdu Apartments. Our unit was big enough for a couple and a dog (oh, yeah, pets are allowed - for a fee, though), and in the winter, we had no problem with the heating. Wangdu and Dolma are great and approachable resident managers. The building is always clean, thanks to Edgar as well. And you can't beat the location - right in front of Lincoln Park!

The only cons were street noise, which you should expect as it is right on JFK Blvd; and the washers were sometimes problematic. Wish the landlord would update them and add more machines.

Overall, Wangdu Apartments is a great living community.

I have been living here for a few years now and continue to enjoy my stay. The management has been consistent with great maintenance of the building. Wangdu and his wife are very friendly, courteous, and professional. They have been consistently helpful and kind. This has been a great place to live!

I have lived here for more than a year and I loved this place. Lots of light, Lincoln Park right opposite to the building for a great workout and it's on JFK so commute is easy. More importantly, Wangdu and Dolma, the building supervisors, are two wonderful souls who are so nice and always came in a moment's notice to help with any issues. I would not have thought about moving out of here, if I did not need more space and moving to a new house.

Lived here for three years. Wangdu and Dolma are exceptional and always do their best to ensure a good living experience for the tenants. Every apartment situation will have problems- repairs, bugs, etc. but any issue we had was always addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Additional shoutout to Edgar who also works in the building and was the one to show up for many of our repairs. He was always friendly and courteous, and always did a good job fixing what needed fixing. We moved out so that my husband could have a bigger space to work from home, but I loved living here- especially with Lincoln Park as our front yard.❤️

So happy to have found this place! Very clean, and well maintained building right across the street from Lincoln Park. Very friendly neighbors and building staff which is a huge plus! The building manager is always around maintaining the property, garbage area is neat and organized, and I never saw a bug in my apartment the whole year I was there (came in from BK where we were practically overrun). I was lucky to have stayed in such a clean, safe space during the height of the pandemic. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching in Jersey City

Lived here a little over 5 years and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property manager and his wife are two of the nicest people I have ever met; they would respond with any issues I had on time and always took good care of me. They really care about their residents and, in my opinion, went above and beyond their expected duties. I also liked the location; near Lincoln Park for walking/riding/playing and reasonably close to Journal Square. Neighbors are typically very friendly and polite, always saying hello. Would recommend to anyone.
