AKL Libanesisches Restaurant

Ordered shawarma menu. Food came in quickly, meat was a bit dry but overall tasty. Paid 10,80€ which is fair because portion is rather big

We could not get enough of this restaurant! We stayed in Aachen for three nights and ate here two times. The price quality performance is outstanding. Everything was incredibly delicious.

The place is nice but really crowded and you get to order food and drinks from 2 different restaurant that is next to each other :) We only order one plate of 2 because it's too much for us, and the meat is also on the dried side

For the drinks, bloody mary was a nightmare but lychee tropical was really really nice, highly recommend getting lychee tropical to pair it with the food

The food is very delicious and the preparation time is very fast.

The only problem is that the dine-in places are limited, so, in peak hours, it is difficult to find a table. In addition, the kitchen is open to where the customers sit, so the clothes would have a very strong smell of fried oil and grilled food after leaving the place.

The latter can be solved by sitting in the next door bar, Egmont, and ordering food from AKL— the two places have a deal to make this possible. Egmont also has a very good selection of drinks, so the experience is good as well.

In general, the place is very good and the restaurant is highly recommended.

This is one of the best restaurants in Germany, let alone Aachen! The food is always fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service is good, which is provided even in the bar next door, where you can sit and enjoy drinks also. Prices are very fair. Absolutely recommend for good Arabic food!

I highlight the grilled lamb (kebab), very tasty and well done, also the selection of beer was one of my favourite in German, but the sauces and dips… we expected better quality, too much liquid and samosas, fries and rolls too greasy.
Nice place to go for Lebanese food but average quality. Acceptable price.

Always very tasty, fresh, well seasoned and baked.
Extensive menu, fast service. Delicious dishes, even delicious salads with chicken and lamb, sandwiches, but always very busy on weekends. Highly recommended!
