Great experience at the Regional Hospital. Being my first time there I thought I would be lost however from the moment I walked in I experienced very helpful people. I went in for a procedure my 2year old son was having and the staff was amazing with him. The way they cared and entertained him was beyond my expectations.
Thank you to everyone who took a part of our experience there!

First time at HRH. Our daughter went in for a BR surgery. She had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and considerate. Wonderful experience all round!

Our first time for a procedure at HRH. Wonderful staff starting with Customer service [operator] Nurses, doctors were very nice, pleasant. The OR staff was on top of things in regards with communication with the family. My biggest complaint was the person who picked up my husband from the recovery room to his room was incredibly careless. My husband was still under the influence of the anesthesia and he is bumping into walls, the corner of the walls, chatting. He just had surgery!!

I had my baby in this hospital 3 years ago and receives good treatment from my doctor and the nurses..Yesterday I had surgery with the same doctor.stella And it was great, he is always attentive, that's why I love him,The nurses were also very attentive and kind. So far I have no complaints about the hospital other than to say thank you.

The worst medical service I ever seen in my life in the ER of this hospital, they're rude and I can very sick suffering from many things, but they see that blood work is good enough and they wanted to discharge me at 1:00 am !!!!! Which is no transportations at that time!!!!
The doctor is a young kid (I doubt it if he's a doctor ) he didn't give me any information, but I have a virus !!!! And that's it, go home and you'll be fine !!! Plus him and the nurses are sitting and talking and laughing

Customer service needs great improvement. The nurses, doctors and surgeons are courteous and professional, but the personnels at the front act as if you are bothering them. Please note, it is their job to check you in. More training is needed in that department. Transportation department needs training too. They gave me the date and time to be ready for pick up, I was ready. An hour passed and there was no ride. I called only to realize that they had forgot to book the ride. Needless to say, I was late for surgery. Even my surgeon called me to see if I was coming. I had to explain that they were late getting me.

I went in to have testing done for an upcoming procedure. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I had an issue when having blood drawn and fainted. When I woke up everyone was so helpful and caring. I knew that when I was still out I was in amazing hands. From this experience I feel very comfortable having my future surgery at this hospital. Thank you so much!
