I would like to say I've learned so much working at Hyacinth over the years I started from the Newark office then transferring to Jersey city ..im proud to have been part of an awesome team. They allowed me to take on a few positions but the one most rewarding was Harm reduction specialist..when we opened it at the old location on communipaw it was a learning lesson and it made me a better person..this is the work I lived for, and I wouldn't mind going back to help the residents of jersey city and other neighboring towns we welcomed them from all over. Thank you Alicia Parker for being a great manager and guiding me along the way and for all my ex co workers Eddie Frierson and others. GOD willing I would love to go back someday Hyacinth is the agency that keeps on giving any help you need they are there.

For a variety of things come in and take a look might find something good you like enjoy yourself people are nice they're helpful and courteous.

As a person who is a male of transgender experience I go here to dispose off my used syringes 💉 and get new ones They are 100% LGBT friendly and are trying to help the community They have great service and love the service from the staff They have all the service that anyone needs!

They offer a good deal of help for those in need.

I get my syringes from this place I went to Hyacinth Syringe Access and Drop-in Center 48 Fairview Avenue Jersey City, NJ Because I was running low on Syringes and needle One thing I can really say about this organization they’re 100% LGBT friendly No prescription required No difficulties and no cost payments they give you whatever and as much you need needles Syringes Sharps containers alcohol pads and Band-Aids They also take your old used needles too basically to dispose them I recommend them to those who are transitioning medically or other health condition That also have Medications that requires you to do injections or drug users So if anyone lives in NJ or NY And that is struggling with Pharmacies is not getting what they were prescribed and etc. I suggest you go to them there services are 100% They also help with other resources

Great Staff

Provides good services, lousy location. Staff both good and not so much good, at least there are options.
