Friendly atmosphere, very quiet place. Enjoyed my time there

A private members club dating from pro independence time. A lot need to be done in terms of upgrade of the facility. Interior decor of pro-colonial era and seem ignored. Drinks and food well prices and members are welcoming and friendly.

A exclusive, members only club. It draws its members mostly from the military circles, parliament, and high end businesspeople.
It stocks liquor of all types and kinds, and prepares local cuisine.
Admission is by membership, or on invitation only.
