Can you go everywhere on the island by bus? Yes, pretty much the whole Malta is accesible by the bus. But should you? Definitely not! The buses are always late, they are switching routes without notice and you spend an hour to travel 3-4 kilometers. It takes away all the pleasure from visiting this beautiful island.

There are buses to and from all directions. They are as quick as the road system allows. But I find the service to be very good. With 2 euros you can go everywhere in this ireland. And, it is free for the residents: impressive.

Maybe if there were more busses, or the two busses that come to Sliema had hours that aren't right next to each other, then the busses wouldn't need to ignore the people waiting at the bus stop and drive by each time to save time. Just saying

Always buses are late , for this reason I am late at work. Sliema. Very bad service because you are promoting that people have to move by car. I pay lots of taxes in this country and no services .
