This is not a "public" beach only residence parking is allowed with a town permit.

Peaceful beach. Went with my son and he loved it.

A beautiful beach

Great little beach. Lots of parking though it's for residents only. There is a grill and a covered area you can get it out of the sun. Water was super refreshing and clear!

We were here off- season and the entrance was roped off but we parked elsewhere and walked in. Nice little area on a beautiful lake. There are at least three grills but the area around one is sightly overgrown. Small covered area with two picnic tables. Small beach with a mixture of sand and pebbles. If not crowded would be a fun place to spend a summer afternoon.

aka Thorndike Pond

A hidden gem in the area. Perfect stop after a Monadnock hike for a swim - amazing views of the lake, nice sand beach, free access to public, even porta-potties. Very few people, very relaxing atmosphere. The place is pretty small though, so not really suitable for large parties.
